Not sure why this is happening now, but newest Mozilla Firefox Internet browser
is constantly spamming the KDE system notifications??

Most certainly a website you have authorized to send push notifications.
That or an adware extension.
What websites is that coming from? If you right click can you copy url? And if so can you paste here?
Ok, I fixed it by clearing all of Mozilla Firefox’s cache, thanks!
