Many support threads end up in the miscellaneous “support” category instead of one of the sub-categories due to not fitting into them. However, there are some patterns to these threads, which could be made into their own categories. The big ones that I see often getting sorted into the miscellaneous are:
I believe adding these as categories would help organize the forums better. Thoughts?
We purposely reduced the amount of separate Support categories to simplify things for both users and Moderators. Users often post in the wrong categories and Moderators spend time moving them to the proper place.
For everything else, we have tags. TL2+ users can create new tags.
