A slight cursor pause at screen edge before switching to next screen

Does anyone know of a way to stop the mouse/cursor at the screen edge before switching to a second (or third) monitor?

Could be for just a split second, a slight delay before the mouse cursor has moved from one screen’s “bounding box” to the next screen. Or maybe a double/triple tap on the edge would be nice.

I’d like it on my main screen, right side and nothing more. Mostly because I still use scroll bars at times and the cursor gets “lost” when I throw it to the right side in Firefox/Chrome etc.

I’d be willing to write something if someone could point me in the right direction and suggest where to start for such a thing.

for the use of this AUR package

Or maybe using this as a base to adapt it to your use case might help:

Hi @bogdancovaciu,

I apologize for the late reply, I only now noticed it in notifications.

Great, thank you. I’ll take a look over the readings and check out the links too.

Happy New Year!
