Hi. My comment was focused on what you said about it being a minor update, which suggested that it wasn’t a significant delay in terms of the security & functioning of your system. Anyway, seems like you got lots of helpful responses. While some people need/want bleeding edge & probably use Arch for that reason, I appreciate the community of testers, who run the gauntlet for the rest of us. More power to them all. R :->

Yeah I’m happy with how Manjaro does it’s repos and you can have the best of both with a stable experience or try out unstable if you want to and come back. I’m also happy with waiting, I was just curious but at the same time curious to try it with the unstable repo

Go ahead & try out the “testing” repo - you will learn a lot & the feedback helps with QA. I might run it on an old laptop to see what happens but not on my primary machine. Enjoy the adventure!
