I know it may sound silly to remove the workspace view from the applications menu in gnome, but I would like to know if there is a way to do so, I tried to find some extensions but I couldn’t find one
Install the gnome-shell-extension-just-perfection-desktop-git package from AUR, go to Extensions, enable it, then click the gear settings icon, go to Workspace entries. The one highlighted in red is the one you are looking for, but probably you will want to disable the one highlighted in green too.
