Can the wireless connection established at boot and not after logging in ?

In your connection settings, you should set this connection available for all users. It should look something like that:

Now, I have set the connections “Für alle Benutzer” = “avalaible for all users” and now the WLAN connection is established at boot.

I hope you have seen that if the password is used for all users it’s stored unencrypted.
