Hello and welcome on this forum. For modify the size of text, open the system settings and follow this links: appearance -> Font. Your find the dashboard for increase the size of the fonts on the right.

For KDE Plasma and KDE applications, you need to set the text size in System Settings.
Appearance → Fonts
For GTK-based applications like Firefox, you need to set the font size in the application itself.
In most applications, you can also zoom in by pressing Ctrl plus the + key from the numerical keypad.
Addendum: Using the mouse scroll wheel while holding down the Ctrl key also works for zooming in and out.
