No, this will not work. The module (driver) is compiled against the current version. It have no effect on other kernels. So, if kernel 5.10 works for you, why do you really want to upgrade the kernel? LTS is quite safe to use without upgrading it every 3 months with stable one.
However… when i read you previous post, then i assume that the module e100 does not “de-freeze” correctly after wakeup. Only the logs can say more…
