Can't set firefox to pt/br

I can’t configure Firefox to show the interface in pt/br, I already went to settings and selected pt/br as the main language (as well as the entire computer system is also in pt/br), the settings say that the system is already set to this language, but everything is still in English. I’ve always had the problem of firefox changing to English at every update, but now I can’t get it back to Portuguese like I used to do in the settings. All Manjaro language packs are downloaded and up to date, I’ve had already tried to reinstall firefox too. Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you mate, it helped me a lot. I deleted the folder .mozilla and .cache/mozilla and everything is working fine now. I lost all my logged in sessions and needed to reconfigure some little things, but it was worth it to me
