Disable the iGPU from BIOS, and keep the proper MHWD configuration file and symlink to it as is provided, then if you want a fixed layout to change it from Nvidia X Server Settings. /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-mhwd.conf as a symlink to it.
