My PC cannot shut down

I am unable to shut down my PC from the KDE menu, and I also cannot put it to sleep or restart it. To turn it off, I have to hold down the power button, which can be harmful to the operating system. Here are my specifications:

inxi --full --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host

You could try to use another kernel

like LTS 6.1

How is this mounted? Why under /run/media? This is not a good mount point if mounted via fstab as /run is a temporary folder, only.

Well don’t describe how it doesn’t work…

You could use shutdown -P now. There’s also REISUO.

There is also an updated BIOS (v1630) on the manufacturer’s website that may improve things; but that’s not guaranteed. Cheers.
