My LibreOffice installation crashes at boot

Hey all!

Upon command, LibreOffice’s welcome dialogue will run and it’s progress bar will complete, however, nothing proceeds from such. When executed in terminal, I receive the following error:

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response!

Try with a fresh config.

Check if it’s profile related:

$ libreoffice --safe-mode

Did fixing your partial update issue from another thread fix this issue as well?

Hey @jrichard326! Unfortunately, the configuration doesn’t appear to be the issue. As mentioned and in reply to @freggel.doe, a profile check with:

appears to confirm that the user profile isn’t the issue, and if I interpret correctly, as LibreOffice didn’t run through the aforementioned command, it doesn’t appear to be an issue caused by the configuration.

Thank you @jrichard326 and @freggel.doe for your speedy replies! I really appreciate the help. I’m surprised that I didn’t find that entry in the FAQ when I looked - extra glad that you mentioned that. God bless!
