Hello, I am a manjaro gnome user for 3 months. However, on a normal day I turned off my laptop and when I restarted the touchpad did not work for me. How can I reactivate it?
Without any hardware information, no idea. Hardware supports differ by hardware SKU, can’t be generalized. The support can be partial or incomplete at the time being, or is available only at the latest kernel. It’s not distro or DE dependent, per se. So, try a newer kernel first. If the latest one doesn’t work, your hardware might be too new. Keep an eye on new kernel versions. All while reporting your problem to bugs.kernel.org, or at least search there, someone else might already have the same problem.
