Laptop is slow on battery

Hi. I recently noticed that my system is “very” slow on battery altough if i connect to the AC it is as fast as it was before (probably after update, or i recently installed slimbook, but i wont start with the system and i havent started it) I mean i have to wait to open the file manager, but a week ago i didnt had to on battery. I disabled tlp, autocpu-freq, thermald but nothing changed. What could have had happened?
