My laptop doesnt shutdown after upgrade

Hi team!!! After upgrade i ve noticed that my Asus ExpertBook (Intel I7 ,16 Gb RAM, 512 Gb SSD) doesnt shutdown ever…it turn off the screen, but keyboard indicators still on…
Read upgrade notes , but i ddnt find anything relevant…

Looking for a solution i ve found that when i shutdown before init session it does work right, but once my session is opened it doesnt…

Issue is related to Kernels > 6.1, with Kernel 6.1 i have no problem…

Can you provide any logs from during the shutdown?
Or maybe even just trying manual attempts like
