Hey, my clock is exactly 2 minutes and 5.2 seconds ahead. I tried rebooting but it made no change.
im not sure what type of info is usefull here but here is some general info.

Couldn’t you change the settings from system time to automatic?
im pretty sure i have that
Run the following:
sudo systemctl enable --now systemd-timesyncd
then
sudo timedatectl set-ntp true
Then, provide outputs of:
timedatectl status
timedatectl timesync-status

Try in clock plasmoid ->right click -> ajust date and time -> set time automatically
