My audio has gone

I need help with sound. Something has broken the audio. It’s playing out of speakers but not headphones and the adapter is missing from Pulse Audio. There’s also a repetitive noise loop.

Thanks for PM’s, it was the Asus DAC USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter. Issue was present even after reboots. Solved the problem by disconnecting headphones from DAC, not DAC from board.
