I don’t find this at all. However, I use AMD graphics (and amdgpu) which probably makes all the difference.

The combination of Nvidia and Wayland is more likely to produce these types of issues, in my opinion. Naturally, I can’t say anything for certain, and it might be something else entirely.

Are you using Wayland or X11?
