Moved to Manjaro i3, freezes when ac is plugged in/out, lighdm is failing to launch

So I’m currently running manjaro i3 on my dell inspiron 14 5000. I had been using
manjaro xfce on an external sd card for a while, with no issues. My hardware info is

ISSUE

When I plug in my ac power the screen dims, after that I can increase
brightness, but then the laptop becomes unresponsive. Just on a side note, my
keyboard and screen stay lit. I have checked this forum thread https://forum.manjaro.org/t/system-freeze-upon-power-unplug/4671

Here is the result after typing cmd journalctl -xe -p3 -b-1

I think it may be something to do with my integrated gpu, although I do not have a
dedicated one.

The title also mentions my issues with lightdm. Lightdm fails to launch most often on boot( i need to switch tty and startx manually ). The reason I mention this is
because I have a feeling they might be caused by the same thing.

I forgot to mention, My max clock speed sais 2.35ghz, however this processor should have a base clock of 4ghz
