Mouse pointer does not move

i use the latest version 21.3 gnome. after booting from usb stick, the mouse pointer does not move.

My rather sarcastic but supposed to be a bit funny answer:
all is well then
the mouse is not supposed to move by itself - only the pointer on the screen should move when you move the device :wink:

Sorry, but as @Nachlese pointed out, there is no support out there that could use crystal ball or had access to your computer. Help us help you.
