It is recommended to use mhwd (Manjaro HardWare Detection) for handling drivers, which has a GUI in Manjaro Settings Manager.
For Nvidia GPUs, proprietary drivers are usually recommended.

By default, pamac only looks for packages in Manjaro’s repositories.
You can enable access to AUR, Snap, Flatpak repositories from its settings. But do note those are not maintained by Manjaro.
Otherwise, it is still possible to download and install applications downloaded from the Internet – read their installation manuals on how. But do know that doing so is definitely not recommended, mostly for security sake, and that you should always prefer install packages from the repositories.

Okay, i’ve been trying to use run mhwd but nothing shows up, just like when running the nvidia thing
