Mkinitcpio v40 disabled fallback image creation for new installs

To disable fallback image creation on older installed systems

ArchWiki - Mkinitcpio - Fallback intramfs generation

• Change PRESETS=('default') line to PRESETS=('default' 'fallback') in the respective .preset files in /etc/mkinitcpio.d/.
• Regenerate initramfs
• Update your boot loader configuration.

But that change would enable the fallback image creation - and it was the default already.
