I need to articulate my answer properly, so everyone in the future don’t go through what I went trough…
Side Story :
When I was and IT, long time ago in a far far away galaxy
I had a small IT Company (one employee, more intelligent than me)
We were sometime charging up to 175$ / hour ! TO fix Windows servers problems
One day my colleague called me and was having a hard time and called me.
I tried telling him what to do, and he said, no no if I do that and it works, I won’t know what was the problem… 1 hour of troubleshooting later he calls me and said " I DID IT"…
I said " You did !! AND?? "
Suspense
“It worked…”
What was it ? A SIMPLE REBOOT LOL LOL
Joke aside ( real story)
I would have loved to know which process was guilty, what to KILL and launch etc Memory leak ? Something more obscure ? LOL
We’ll never know… Someone who coded Manjaro would know…
Note: the story above, there was a known Windows Service Pack 4 memory leak causing problem in IIS ( MS Web server)… I happen to know it
I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW NEXT TIME REBOOT BEFORE POSTING
