When I add a program entry into the kde launcher (Edit Appliations) it doesnt save them, the new entries do not exist, even after a restart.
It works for me. Did you hit “Save” button in the upper, left corner?
The edited applications will always reside in ~/.local/share/applications/ as modified *.desktop files … Check there.
