Minimal isos should be similar to the full isos, just exclude extra apps, essential basic configuration of the os should be similar to the full iso. Just check the Ubuntu full vs minimal installation, apparmor, plymouth everything is present in the minimal installation, just there is no extra apps ( apps which are not really really essential ). This is just my opinion, not everybody need to agree with me. I remember, old manjaro minimal isos used to b like that, like ubuntu type minimal.
