Microphone only records noises

My mic worked fine until last week. yesterday I found out when I try to record something it only records noises, like this one :https://gofile.io/d/Ot2ONP (I suggest you do not listen with a headset), I thought its because my internal mic has damaged but I was wrong. when I plugged in external mic and Manjaro requgnized it, result didn’t change. again I only recorded noise.
what can cause this problem? I also tried kubuntu. it had same result. but im sure its not a hardware problem.
I should add that external sounds doesn’t effect on recording result.
