Hi, I’m having an issue with my the built-in microphone in my laptop. (Razer Blade 15 Advanced / RZ09-03304E42). Most of the time, it works perfectly. However, every few boots, it is not detected and I don’t get any sound input at all.
Sound output always works fine; the input never stops working after a good boot, nor does it ever start working after a bad boot. If I plug in an external mic, that works fine. This is a dual boot system, and it works 100% of the time when booted into Windows, so I’m pretty sure it’s not any kind of hardware flakiness.
I’ve tried to take as much information as I can from both a good boot where the mic worked, and a bad one where it didn’t. (Link below.) I’m not really able to make anything of them, unfortunately.
I’d really appreciate any insight anyone could offer on this!
