Capture Card goes black after a few hours

I am now able to get my capture card to record in Manjaro. However, there seems to be a catch: whenever I use it for about 3 hours, the screen goes completely blank. And I don’t mean on just the capture software; I mean the whole monitor. I’m wondering what’s happening.

Cannot open device /dev/video0, exiting.

I’m pretty sure video0 is my capture card.
