after playing an old low res wine game on my laptop, the max display resolution was lowered to 960x540 on the ‘display’ program. couldn’t select anything higher, and the screen should be at least 1080p. restarting, powering down, timeshift didn’t work.

oddly enough, during the login screen, it’s showing the proper higher resolution. then turns back to lower res upon logging in.
any ideas?
