As also pointed out by @linux-aarhus, it is in the AUR:

$ pamac search exifcle                                         
exifcleaner-bin                                                                                                                                                                                                    3.6.0-3  AUR 
Desktop app to clean metadata from images, videos, PDFs, and other files.

So, in theory it can be installed with

$ pamac build exifcleaner-bin

Indeed, I just successfully installed it myself.
