I borked my bootloader and I can't boot now

I dual boot Manjaro and WinX. My WinX bootloader was on my Manjaro drive, in a 300 MB partition at the start of my Manjaro drive. I deleted that 300 MB partition and moved my Manjaro partition 300 MB to the left to use that space. But now I can’t boot.
Also, my Manjaro partition is LUKS encrypted.

Is it possible to recover from this, or would it be easier to just reinstall Manjaro? I can make a disk image of my encrypted partition and then pull my files from that. It is worth noting that I do have Time Machine enabled with plenty of restore points.

I am acquainted with chroot via live USB, but I couldn’t get it to work my encrypted partition. I’m also cross posting to the Manjaro subreddit.
