is manjaro.monson.eu server down?
because it says ssl verification problem
You can always check on https://repo.manjaro.org/
A reason why you can always refresh mirrors:
sudo pacman-mirrors -f5
before and update or after a while, when you want to install something.
The cert was renewed yesterday. Should be valid though.
Make sure your date/time settings on your machine are correct…
