Most USB sticks are created for Windows - there may not be a solution for Linux.

Plug’in the stick then open a terminal and run

lsusb

Paste the output in a comment (when pasted - select the text and click the </> icon in the comment toolbar.

It looks like the driver is available from the AUR. You can install it via Pamac. It appears that this one was last modified in December 2020.
