Manjaro xfce fresh install but no sound

hello, all. I just switched from gallium os to Manjaro xcfe yesterday. manjaro looks a lot nicer than the gallium os, except now I came across with the no sound issue, there is only option “dummy output” in the pulseaudio volume control. I have tried sof-firmware and pulseaudio 13.99,still not working. My device is a chromebook Asus c302. please help the rookie, thank you very much!
