Also turned-ON fast-boot in MB BIOS and in Win10.

There is no secure-boot setting in my MB BIOS

My laptop does have a secure-boot setting and it is turned-ON for years now without problems.

No problems.

The same problem occurred again even with UEFI and fast boot disabled.

So, formatted hd, reinstalled linux and now have Windows in a vm.
