SDDM Login Screen Resolution Issue

I’m having an issue on Manjaro KDE where the SDDM Login screen resolution is very low, to the point that I can barely login and am unable to see the buttons to restart/shutdown/logout etc; it’s like it’s at 600x400 or something, instead of 1920x1080.

GRUB is fine and at 1920x1080 and the new Boot Splash Screen (Manjaro) seems to be the correct resolution as well.

I have 2 sometimes 3 monitors turned on and set at a time, all set to 1920x1080.

This seems to be something new, since installing a fresh copy of Manjaro, although this is an AMD card instead of a Nvidia, but not sure that matters or not?

A few things I’ve tried:

[X11]
ServerArguments=-nolisten tcp -dpi 96
xdpyinfo | grep resolution
  resolution:    96x96 dots per inch
  • Tried changing EnableHiDPI=false to true in /etc/sddm.conf
  • Tried several times to set to “Apply Plasma Settings” under Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Login Screen (SDDM) (this randomly seemed to work at least once)
  • Changed the theme from Breath to Breeze and back.
  • Changed the background image to one that was 1920x1080

Not sure what else to try and would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!
