you can use LC_ALL=C at the beginning of each command, so that it will be in english:

LC_ALL=C sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5 && sudo pacman -Syyu

so follow the instructions in this topic:

Looks like you did not update for a long time… that is a workaround: After that you should be able to update normally.

then rerun the update again:
sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5 && sudo pacman -Syyu
