I plan to add support for one tablet in Manjaro, but it will take a long time, and I’m just getting started:
- u-boot - (add support for lpddr3 - I’m halfway there)
- DT for Linux with ready-made stuff
- display engine
- display panel
- touch screen
In fact, it is unknown how long it will take and whether it will be possible to achieve everything that has been planned.
This Teclast p85t tablet costs only 400 RMB. There are similar tablets with this processor, but then you have to do a lot of things yourself.
The processor is very good for its price, it is more powerful than rk3566, and in some tasks it outperforms rpi5 (but mostly it still loses).
