Manjaro loves to Freeze and Stutter

I really love the environment and the manjaro community but I don't know why my laptop keeps crashing randomly. I've been a user of ubuntu after windows 10 and I've never seen such crashes. This is the second time i want to reinstall manjaro. It absolutely crashes when i use windows 10 in virtual box. Also i've seen spikes in memory usage when using firefox, which is rare. What should I do? I am using propriety drivers

no it doesn't overheat the system doesn't respond, not even the cursor
