Manjaro KDE installation USB

Hello guys, I am using Manjaro KDE about year now. And yesterday I desided to reinstall my OS I flashed usb with balenaEtcher, but when I tried to enter my usb this is the only thing that showed up.

I can’t upload image and links

What can I do about this?
