root starts up properly, but chrome does not start in root, Add/Remove Software also fails to update packages, writes: Failed to synchronize AUR database and `Failed to build libkipi``. But the new user does not start in plasma mode (x11): a black screen appears for 3 seconds, after which it is suggested to enter the password again.
But Add/Remove software never worked on NVMe, I update packages through pamac and pacman.

Maybe I need reinstall plasma x11? 
I tried kernel version 54, same result.
navigate via dolphin to etc/x11 and check what .conf files do you have there, also check in the folders
nothing suspicious there, so navigate to etc/mkinitcpio.conf and edit the MODULES="" section to look like this:
MODULES=(nvidia nvidia_drm nvidia_uvm nvidia_modeset)
then run this command:
sudo mkinitcpio -P
reboot
if it doesnt work post output from: mhwd-kernel -l
I changed /etc/mkinitcpio.conf, after running the command, the image was successfully generated, but after restarting and entering the password, everything froze again.(

well if you really are going for reinstall you could try resseting your plasma settings first, maybe it will help:
- Log out of KDE.
- Switch to TTY with CTRL + ALT + F2 - if f2 doesnt work, try f1-f6 instead
- Login in TTY with your username and password.
- Stop the Display Manager service:
sudo systemctl stop display-manager.service
- Run this command to reset the settings:
find $HOME/.config/ -maxdepth 1 -name 'plasma*' -exec rm {} \;
clear cache:
rm -rf ~/.cache/*
- reboot:
systemctl reboot
find $HOME/.config/ -maxdepth 1 -name 'plasma*' - returns folders, so I ran your command with -r flag find $HOME/.config/ -maxdepth 1 -name 'plasma*' -exec rm -r {} \;.
And I cleared cache. My desktop has been reset, but login still not work.

startx doesnt start wayland it starts xserver … and i dont know if startx is related to your issues… i just got an idea delete the .xauthority file from home, then reboot

i have only one xauthority… so try deleting all of them and reboot… if it doesnt work we try to reinstall your graphics drivers
