Or, a decent SMD rework setup, replacement chip(s), a steady hand or three and much better eyesight than many (including myself now) possess.
I already performed SMD Repair on that laptop at one point. I don’t feel like doing it again. No matter how much I love this machine and how tight my budget is.
Worst part is: only the soldered ram is broken. The SODIMM is fine.
Guess I’ll be saving up for a Framework 13 then…
