I had to fix my Laptop, and wasn’t able to use it for nearly four months because of that. Now, after returning and doing 10Gbs of updates, my laptop hasn’t been able to properly shut down for a few days now. No matter if I use shutdown

ALSA data in previous topic showed system had Firmware Version: N2XET40W (1.30 )
System data in OP shows firmware has been updated: UEFI: LENOVO v: N2XET42W (1.32 )
Firmware update would probably reset settings and enable Secure Boot and fastboot that should be disabled to boot Manjaro

Laptop/Lenovo - ArchWiki shows audio on Lenovo Thinkpad T14 is supported but requires sof-firmware driver (snd_sof_pci_intel_cnl) for the internal digital microphone

System data in OP shows audio device (ALC257) is using snd_hda_intel driver and has alternate drivers available: snd_soc_skl, snd_soc_avs, snd_sof_pci_intel_cnl
