Error while creating a new partition on my external hard drive

Since the last update, I am experiencing a error while I try to created a new partition on my external HD. I am trying a new ext4 partition protected with LUKS.
This is the error:

I am using Manjaro Gnome, Gnome disks, everything up to date.
Info about the disk:

What about using gparted for the same task ?

Hello!
Sorry about my delay, I did a travel.
In my first try, don’t worked.
But, I formatted using gnome disks, and made a new partition on gparted. Works for now, but it’s a problem to devs look into…
