it looks like some kernel issues related to binder…
maybe try a different kernel if you already didnt try it…
but its not likely a hardware issue, but software issue…
Maybe ashmem_linux too? I think they go hand in hand. I did rmmod binder and ashmem to no avail.

Can confirm. I ran 5 more memtests and they all passed.
it looks like its something you installed, maybe its not properly set up, i really have no idea…
i would not use binder and wayland related things (maybe even uninstall binder …) and test to rule it out…
