Manjaro freezes when I am watching video or playing games

My manjaro freezes randomly when I am watching videos or playing games and I have no idea how to fix it.

I tried adding iommu=pt idle=nomwait rcu_nocbs=0-11 kernel parameters as suggested in this post but no luck.

I am using a APU. lscpu output:

The output of journalctl -b0 is too long so I pasted it here

Any suggestions?
