Manjaro XFCE doesn't boot everytime

I have just installed Manjaro XFCE 21.2.1 and I’m using it with Windows 10 dualboot but it doesn’t boot every time I opened my laptop, sometimes it stuck on blackscreen with the cursor on the top left corner, sometimes it boots but touchpad and some other functions don’t work so I have to reboot every time until it worked properly, also if I choose the initramfs-fallback option on bootloader it works perfectly fine. What should i do to fix it or how can I know what exactly the problem is ?

Increase your chances of solving your issue:

Provide Information:

I am certainly no expert, but is Windows 10 perhaps making changes to your system as you reboot? Bought a new laptop last week, unfortunately sold with windows 11, immediately added manjaro in dual boot (only because I MIGHT have needed windows if a specific browser based program had not functioned properly under manjaro). Windows allowed it to exist until I rebooted, and magically, when the boot process began, windows 11 was the only installation available. Reinstalled manjaro in a single boot configuration and it has booted perfectly ever since.

My best guess without knowing everything, is that UEFI Fastboot is enabled. The fallback entry auto detect every single device again, the normal mode has cached that. Therefore, if fastboot skips full initialization of the gpu, then the cache would not be valid…

So disable fastboot in the UEFI Settings or run it with full initialization.

I don’t know if this is the case but I don’t want to single boot Manjaro because I’m kinda newbie and I don’t know what to do if my system crash while there isn’t any windows option

I tried to find Fastboot option but unfortuneatly there isn’t any Fastboot setting on my laptop I think :frowning: thanks for your advice

Then please read the second link of @andreas85 and provide some information… otherwise it is just poking in the dark,

this is my inxi output:
