I am very very new to linux and have been distro hopping for a while to see if it works on any other… it didn’t and I am back to my favourite distro.

I am using 5.10 kernel

Please help!

You may want to test out linux511, which includes some patches for Elantech Touchpads.

and how do i do that?
can’t see it in the kernel manager

unfortunately, im using linux511 and still it did not work too
any solution?

currently trying to compile master branch which is v5.11-rc5 and still, it did not work too

im using Asus ROG Zephyrus G15

I have a weird solution… while starting after a restart… select the boot device in boot menu… for me its f9 for you it might be different… and then the touchpad is suddenly discovered by system and works well
