Manjaro didnt recongnizes any sound device on my laptop

Hi guys!!! For a few days now I’ve been having problems with sound playback, not even system sounds. It’s like no sound device is recognized, neither input nor output. I’m leaving you the corresponding logs and some other evidence…if you need any other information to help me, just let me know.

Thanks in advance

pactl data shows Headphones output is available

[Out] Headphones: Headphones (type: Headphones, priority: 200, latency offset: 0 usec, available)

but the Active Profile is set to use that Speaker output, that is usually muted in ALSA when headphones are plugged in

Active Profile: HiFi (HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, Mic1, Mic2, Speaker)

I suggest you change the Profile to Hifi (HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, Headphones, Mic1, Mic2) In Gnome audio controls, or install PulseAudio Volume Control pavucontrol

If audio playback to headphones or speakers does not work with the correct card profile,
check ALSA mixer settings for Speakers, Headphones and Auto-Mute Mode:

amixer -c0

Or alsamixer -c0 --view=all

If Auto-Mute Mode is enabled in ALSA and headphones are plugged in the Speaker control should be muted:

Simple mixer control 'Speaker',0

  Front Left: Playback 87 [100%] [0.00dB] [off]
  Front Right: Playback 87 [100%] [0.00dB] [off]

and should unmute when headphones are unplugged
