So, yesterday i installed manjaro kde plasma and everything was working perfectly, but today the system seems to be broken, the apps does not launch when i click them not even the terminal, however with the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+T the terminal opens and i have to run the applications through it. Can someone help me with this annoying problem? Thank you.
So, i found the solution myself.
The problem was in ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc file
It seemed to be pointing at a folder that i copied to the desktop but removed yesterday, so i deleted the
[ScreenMapping]
itemsOnDisabledScreens=
and rebooted the system. Now it’s pointing to the steam shortcut at the desktop
[ScreenMapping]
itemsOnDisabledScreens=
screenMapping=desktop:/steam.desktop,0,59785bab-6733-4229-833b-3c312b273fd1
I hope it can help someone with the same problem.
